Situated on a flat block, there's plenty of space for the kids to run and play. The local football oval, netball courts, and tennis courts are just around the corner, or you can take a short stroll into the Bonnie Doon Township.

In the warmer months, head out to the water on Lake Eildon which is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, and water sports. Come home to air-conditioned comfort and relax on the verandah with a cool drink in hand and listening to the BBQ sizzling away or make use of the gas pizza oven and create your Pizza Night.

If you don’t feel like cooking, take a walk, run or ride along the rail trail to the family friendly Bonnie Doon Hotel for a nice meal in a great atmosphere. Or head to the cute Serenity Café located only a 2 min walk away.

In winter, it’s a straight drive to the Mt Buller Entrance where you can spend some time skiing, boarding and enjoying some snowplay.
