In the warmer months, head out to the water on Lake Eildon which is perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, and water sports. With direct lake access through a rear gate and ample boat launching opportunities nearby, you will be able to keep your boat in eyesight from the home*.
Come home to air-conditioned comfort and relax on the verandah with a cool drink in hand and listening to the BBQ sizzling away. Watch the kids run free kicking the footy or playing a bit of back yard cricket.

In winter, take the easy 30min drive to the Mt Buller Entrance for skiing, boarding and snowplay.
Go for a bike ride, or a walk. The options are endless.
Upon your return, you can easily unwind in front of the fireplace with a glass of local wine, watching a movie on the large screen TV or simply making memories with your family and friends.
