Accommodating up to 7 guests, Hideaway @ Sawmill is ideally set up for a family or small group of friends with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and open plan lounge and dining area.
The lovely front deck is perfectly positioned to allow you to relax & unwind with a cuppa soaking up the morning sun, or cook a family feast on the BBQ in the evening watching over the kids running around on grassed area below.
The kitchen may be small, however it is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave, fridge & coffee machine

In the warmer months, wander down to the Delatite river for a paddle or splash in the cool clear water. Bring your bike and go for a leisurely ride around the quiet Sawmill Settlement streets.

Apart from being one of the best locations for snow activities, there are many nearby attractions including horse riding, cycling, 4-wheel driving, motor bike riding, markets, plus much more and with an abundance of wildlife, great fishing and a relaxing atmosphere, you won't want to leave!

  Our family had a lovely stay at the Hideaway. The property was very cosy. Comfortable beds and the fire place was beautiful. The deck at the front was lovely to sit on in the sun and watch the birds. Great location to get to Mt Buller. Just one reccommendation, it would have been even cosier if there were electric blankets on the beds.

  Ideally located, close to our favourite restaurants (Boma & Peaks). Very clean. Plenty of room for our family. Beds are very comfortable. Love the cosy living space and little touches like a box of tissue in every room. Although the white appliances are from yesteryear, we do love that about this chalet. They all worked just fine & adds a real charm to this place. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back!

  Very clean and has all that you require. Little details, shampoo soap, laundry powder, plenty of fire wood, smart TV, heating in main room works well and bedrooms have panel heated that are superb. Milk and coffee, cooking oil and plenty of kitchen utensils. Will stay again
