In Summer, relax by the poolside sipping on a drink while the kids splash around in the pool.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen or have a good old Aussie BBQ situated under the covered verandah. With Lake Eildon only 15mins away, take out the boat, go for a ski or fish and then come home to the comfort of the cool air-conditioned home.

In winter, take the short 20min drive to the Mt Buller Entrance for skiing, boarding and snowplay. Go for a bush walk or mountain bike ride with tracks nearing on the property boundary.
At the end of the day, you can easily unwind on the comfy lounge, watching a movie on the large screen Smart TV or simply making memories with your family and friends

  Very comfortable stay for two families with children. Close to the local shops but secluded and private. The views are spectacular and the pool is well maintained. The caretaker paid a visit but for the most part we were undisturbed. Great property!

  We stayed at Monkey Gully with two families, and 5 kids under 5. The house is close to town, but far enough away to feel as if you’re experiencing the high country in all its glory. We didn’t want for anything, there were staples in the pantry, bathrooms, laundry and linen/towels for all. The house was well air conditioned (it was very warm weather), and the pool was so great for entertaining the kids. It was incredibly comfortable and well looked after. Would highly recommend.
