Adamsville Acres design allows the natural light to fill the home and its the perfect setting to sit back and enjoy the fantastic open views of the High Country.

With open plan living, dining, kitchen areas and spacious back verandah, this home makes it feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of city living (yet its only a 2hr drive from Melbourne).

In the cooler months, you can sit around the outdoor fire pit staring up out the amazing array of stars that can only be seen in the country away from the city lights or snuggle up inside watching a movie or reading a good book in front of the inside wood fire. All bedrooms have panel wall heaters keeping warm comfort during those cold winter nights.

Its also only 30min to the entry gates of Mt Buller for those who ski.

In summer, spend the day on Lake Eildon with the closest boat ramp only 20mins away or relax at the property; plenty of wildlife to spot and there are so many views to see.

Spend your time walking around or just sit on the veranda and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Due to the great property location, you can go fishing, boating, skiing, bush walking, cycling, mountain biking, motorbike riding and horse riding, all within a short drive from the property.

  My extended family had a lovely stay at Adamsville Acres. Property was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Great location only 20mins from Mansfield, very peaceful and beautiful grounds. Lots of kangaroos which the kids loved! Property manager Leith was very helpful and responsive.
