Quality built with style & elegance, it is the perfect destination for a relaxing couple’s getaway or a break with family &/or friends.
MANANDEL is fully equipped & designed to accommodate both adults & children. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living & spacious outdoor areas, it is ideal for multiple families sleeping up to 9 guests.
Who will get the Master Suite!?. Located on the upper level, you have the whole space to yourselves. At the end of the day, take a long, hot bath in pure privacy then rest your weary head on the soft pillows where you can stargaze in comfort; perfectly positioned windows accommodating the great night sky.

The large floor to ceiling windows in the main living area fill the home with natural light. The clever layout of the furniture enables you to view the High Country no matter where you sit.

With the open plan living, dining, kitchen areas & the beautiful wrap around verandah, this home makes it feel miles away from the hustle & bustle of city living (yet it’s less than a 2hr drive from Melbourne).
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen or listen to the BBQ sizzle away while kicking the footy with the kids outside.

In the cooler months, sit around the outdoor fire pit toasting marshmallows or sharing the day’s events and creating memories. On a clear night, get lost in the amazing array of stars that can only be seen in the country away from the city lights. Take the easy 45min to the Mt Buller Entry Gates & spend the day on the snow. Then come back & snuggle up in front of the indoor wood heater, enjoying a glass of wine or watch a movie with the family.

In summer, head to Lake Eildon for some water sport fun, swimming or fishing with the closest boat ramp only 10mins away. Take a walk along the rail trail or stay at the property and explore the 108 acres. There is plenty of wildlife to see plus some beautiful sunrises & sunsets.

No matter what the weather be outside, you will be in prefect comfort inside with the ducted heating & air conditioning throughout the entire home.

The access to activities is endless when staying at MANANDEL. It’s the perfect base to set off from to explore what the High-Country mountains, rivers & lakes have to offer.
