Located in the beautiful region of Barwite/Tolmie, Tabletop Farm is a traditional farm house, well appointed and spacious; suitable for your next family getaway accommodating up to 11 guests; and with ample heating and cooling throughout the home, it makes a perfect getaway all year round.

Set on 100 acres, Tabletop Farm is peaceful and picturesque and with amazing views of Mt Buller & Mt Feathertop it is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city living and you will immediately relax once you park your car on the circular drive, unpack your bags and enjoy a drink on that vast decking that overlooks the high country.

With Chickens (and guineafowl ) roaming the property you can collect the eggs in the morning ready for a big breakfast. And with the vegie patch coming along nicely, you will be able to pick and enjoy some fresh fruit and vegetables without fighting the crowds at the shops...Can't get any fresher than that!

Put a roast in the Webber Q or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, including an AGA oven that offers foodies a chance to cook on the traditional oven, while the kitchen also offers a modern 2nd oven as well as being fully equipped with all the mod cons and top of the range Swedish appliances.

Come together as a family and sit around the handmade timber dining table to enjoy your meals or head out to the large outdoor setting and enjoy the serene environment that this wonderful property offers.
Less than 15mins to the main township of Mansfield and within a 30min radius of Mt Buller Entry Gates, Lake Eildon and the Delatite and Goulburn Rivers, Tabletop Farm is a great base to set off from to explore what the High Country has to offer. Or stay and explore the property at your leisure.

Imagine, in the warmer months, get out and about and explore some local waterways or just sit back on the verandah with a nice cold drink, listening to BBQ sizzle away whilst the kids splash and play in the pool.

And in winter keep cosy indoors by relaxing on the comfortable couches by the crackling of the wood fire reading a book or watching a movie (DVD or Foxtel *)

Apart from being one of the best locations for water activities and snow sports, there are many other nearby attractions.

The local Tolmie Tavern offers a Pizza night each Friday night; take advantage of their courtesy bus that will be able to get you home safely.

Or if you feel like going for a leisurely 45min drive, head to the unique Tatong Pub where you can enjoy some quality food in an old style atmosphere.

For cyclists, both road and mountain bikes, take advantage of the hills of Tolmie and ride down to the King Valley for lunch or head up to Mt Buller for training in preparation for the larger European Mountains! Four Mountain bikers ride out the front door and head on an adventure or drive to Mt Buller and enjoy the summer tracks once the snow has melted.

Mansfield itself is becoming renowned for its Great cafes, boutique and arty shopping, golf course, fly fishing (in the Jamieson area) and galleries, markets and festivals. There is usually something interesting happening on most weekends.

Tabletop Farm is also located within 45mins of the beautiful King Valley, were you can take a leisurely drive down to the famous wine region and head to Dal Zottos for the famous Proessco or Pizzini winery for their vast and award winning Italian varieties or have lunch at the Whitfield Pub. From Whitfield, drive to Milawa to collect some of their famous cheese and gourmet foods, before returning to Tabletop Farm for dinner with all the local food and wine you have purchased.

Alternatively, simply stay at home, relax and enjoy this luxury accommodation. Put the kids to bed in the specially made timber bunk room and go and watch the sunsets from Verandah and stargaze into the clearest of night skies.

    We had a wonderful long weekend with two families. The property is magnificent with so many things to entertain children. Very clean and well appointed. Fresh eggs every morning such a treat for the kids. Would def recommend.

    One of the most relaxing holidays we have had. The property was wonderful with the most magical views from every window in the home. So good I have rebooked for 2 months time with my elderly parents. Just wonderful.
